• All items shown are subject to availability.
• An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements. Should there be any discrepancies, please email info@pimpmywheels.com
• Where an order requests several different items to be sent to the same address, then these may be despatched separately and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day.
• Pimpmywheels does not advise recipients of impending deliveries.
• We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels after these have been accepted by our various carriers.
• Claims for damages must be brought to the attention of Pimpmywheels by writing to the Customer Service Department or calling us on 0870 1720199
• In the event of non-arrival please contact the Customer Service Department on 0870 1720199. Claims should be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging, delivery and insurance only.
• Customs Duties may be payable by the overseas recipient and we regret that we are unable to advise of these amounts.
• It is the policy of pimpmywheels to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• Delivery address must be the same as the credit/debit/charge card you are using
• For security reasons we will not accept telephone orders from a mobile phone unless you can provide a fixed landline number which we may call you back on
• We can arrange delivery to a alternative address i.e workplace providing we see the transaction as non fraudulent.
• You must provide us with all details of you car including current tyre sizes so that we can ensure that the correct wheel will fit on to your car

RETURNS

• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the correct wheels and tyres being sent for your car in the unlikely event that there is an error we will replace the goods for you as long as you initially gave us the required details
• IF the wheels are the wrong fitment and the tyres have been fitted by someone other than ourselves then we will not accept a return or give a refund. Same applies if a wheel tyre package has been used on the road.
• You MUST check that the wheels supplied fit the vehicle hubs and clear any brake mechanisms or steering components before fitting tyres
• Also please check that tyres do not foul the bodywork of the car before driving
• IF the situation arises where the wheels are required to be returned they must be returned in the condition they were received ,brand new unmarked and in original packaging
• We will not accept returns for wheels and tyres if you decide to change your mind and find them unsuitable or have a change of mind

TRANSIT OF GOODS

• All good are sent in brand new condition(unless stated otherwise)
• Please check goods when receiving them as no damage claims can be made once they have been signed for. IF any damage is found you must notify us immediately by calling or customer service department on 0870 172 0199

GUARANTEES

Wheels

• All wheels carry a manufacturer warranty which can range between 6 months to 12 months or similar period. IF a structural fault is found within this period it will be replaced at no cost.
• No Guarantee is given for chrome wheels due to weather conditions in the uk. We recommend no acid baser cleaners are used.
• Other finishes are 2 years
• We offer no returns or refunds on used or damaged wheels due to general use, weather corrosion, pitting, dulling of chrome finish, kerbing, discolouring, improper tyre mounting/instillation, loading beyond rating capacity.
• NOTE if wheels are scratched or kerbed in anyway then the warranty is void.

Tyres

• All brand new tyres carry a manufacturers warranty. IF the tyre becomes faulty before the tread has worn to the legal limit it can be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
• You must also put it in writing by letter or email immediately.
• If the fault is due to misuse in service such as kerbing or poor maintenance or overloading then no allowance will be made
